Account

  • You may not post private or confidential information, and you may not do anything that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

The permissions you grant us. As part of our agreement, you also grant us the necessary authorizations to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it.

No changes are made to your rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of the content that you publish on or through the Service. Permission to use your username, profile picture and relationship information and actions in connection with accounts, advertisements and sponsored content.

You grant us permission to display your username, profile picture, and information about your actions (such as likes) and relationships (such as subscriptions) in proximity to or in connection with accounts, advertisements, offers and other Sponsored Content that you follow or interact with that appear in Peenut's products, without compensation to you. For example, we may show that you liked an advertisement or offer that appears in Peenut products, without paying any compensation to you.

Deletion of content and deactivation or termination of your account

We may remove any content or information you share on the Service if we believe that it violates these Terms of Use or our policies (including our Peenut Community Rules), or if we are required to do so by law. We may immediately refuse to provide or stop providing you with all or part of the Service (including terminating or disabling your account) if you: manifestly, seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms of Use or our policies (including our Peenut Community Rules), repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others, or if we are required to do so by law. If we delete your account for violating our Community Rules or if we deactivate or terminate your account, we will notify you as appropriate. Content that you delete may persist in backup copies for a limited time and will continue to be visible to those who shared it. This paragraph and the following section entitled "Our Agreement and What Happens if We Disagree" will remain in effect even after we terminate or delete your account.

Log Files

Peenut follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
